Jesse Jonesberg, LCSW, provides individual clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure in Wisconsin and Missouri. Supervision is available in person in Milwaukee and virtually throughout both states.
I am a board-approved supervisor in both Wisconsin and Missouri, a certified brainspotting practitioner and brainspotting consultant, a member of MINT (the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers), certified in Mindful Self-Compassion, a Certified ADHD Clinical Provider, and a certified Peer Support Specialist.

My supervision is grounded in the same things my clinical work is grounded in: neurodivergent-affirming practice, motivational interviewing, brainspotting, and mindful self-compassion.
My approach is casual and down to earth, but I take our supervision time and your professional growth seriously. We will work collaboratively to support your skills and confidence in the field, and ensure your licensure.

Do you supervise in both Wisconsin and Missouri?
Yes. I am an approved LCSW supervisor in both states.
What are requirements for clinical supervision
Requirements vary by state and profession, but licensure typically required 3,000 hours of clinical social work practice under the guidance of an approved clinical supervisor.
How often do we meet?
Weekly individual supervision is the standard, which also satisfies Wisconsin's weekly supervision expectation.
What does supervision cost?
$165 per individual hour is the standard rate. If cost is an issue, I may have sliding scale pricing available upon request.
Is supervision in person or virtual?
Both. In person in Milwaukee, or virtually anywhere in Wisconsin or Missouri. Many supervisees do a mix.
Can supervision hours with you count toward brainspotting certification?
Yes. I am a certified brainspotting consultant, so consultation hours with me count toward BSP certification requirements.
Can supervision hours support becoming a member of the MINT?
Yes. As an active member of the Motvational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), I can support you in developing th3e skills, and meeting requirements needed to apply for MINT membership.
I am not sure I want to do trauma work. Are you still a fit?
Probably. Trauma is one of my specialties, but not a requirement. What I care about is whether you want to become a thoughtful clinician.
What if I am neurodivergent?
Good. So are a lot of my supervisees and clients. Supervision will be structured around how you actually work.
How do we start?
A free consultation is where we start. We will talk about where you are in your hours, what you want out of supervision, and whether we are a fit.
