Jesse Jonesberg, MSW, LCSW
Jesse is a neurodivergent therapist who has more than 15 years experience providing services and trainings in community mental health agencies. He is a long time member of the motivational interviewing network of trainers (MINT) and holds certifications in mindful self-compassion in psychotherapy (SCIP), brainspotting therapy, and is working towards certification as an ADHD clinical services provider. He has 8 years of clinical supervision experience and is a certified brainspotting consultant.
Jesse is passionate about bridging the divide between quality healing approaches to marginalized and underserved populations. He incorporates the impacts of socially engineered trauma in our experiences of mental health and wellness. He strives to bring compassion, community, and connection to all of his work with groups and individuals.

Shaina Buckner, MSW, APSW
Shaina is an APSW trainer and therapist with nearly a decade of experience in trauma-informed care. A noncombat Navy veteran, she left active duty with a desire to serve in more meaningful ways and eventually built a grant-funded role at a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Shaina is an experienced trainer on topics related to neurodivergence, trauma, cultural humility, and the application of motivational interviewing.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman of European and West African descent and a member of the asexual community, she often works with neurodivergent adult women navigating similar histories. Shaina creates a comfortable, collaborative space for clients to reconnect with themselves—exploring their voice, body signals, values, boundaries and interests.Her work centers on authenticity, empowerment and helping people feel safe to be fully themselves.

Tony Gardner, MA, SAC-IT
Tony Gardner has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a master’s degree in Pastoral Care. He provides trainings related to trauma, substance use, cultural humility, and peer support.
His approach is grounded in a strengths-based and spirituality and he aims to build independence, compassion, and resilience in others. Tony uses the transformational power of lived experience, creativity and connection to inspire others. He has several self-published works including journals and a book of poetry.

Brittney Fair, MSW, LCSW
Brittney Fair facilitates trainings for leaders in the nonprofit, education, and health care sectors across the country. She has experience working in community mental health, shelters, and hospitals. She facilitates trainings related to mindful self-compassion, trauma, and cultural humility.
