Training

With more than 10 years experience training in a variety of settings, our trainings are delivered in a manner that is experiential, participatory and upholds the value of equity and inclusion. Current trainings offered for organizations and groups include:

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Cultural Humility (CH)

  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

Therapy

Jesse has more than 15 years of experience supporting folks with a variety of mental health concerns using Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and Brainspotting (BSP). He specializes in working with adults who respond well to a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process that honors an individual’s autonomy and self determination. Jesse is currently only accepting private pay.

Consultation

Consultation services are aimed at helping agencies build effectiveness in helping those they serve, support agency culture development, and support meaningful institutions of equity and belonging. Consultation can support a variety of agency initiatives including:

  • Designing ongoing systems of training and support

  • Eliciting staff feedback

  • Strategic planning

About Jesse
Jesse Jonesberg is the founder of Intrinsic Change. Jesse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), and current candidate for the Self-Compassion in Psychotherapy (SCIP) Certification. He has more than 15 years experience working in community mental health, and he is passionate about bringing compassion, equity and strength-based approaches to his field.
